• Meeting history and search functionality
• Local storage of meeting data

3. User Requirements

To use this Service, you must:

• Have a valid email address for your account
• Maintain an active account in good standing
• Comply with these Terms of Service

4.3 Pricing

Pricing is simple and transparent. The free tier includes 3 meetings per month. Premium subscription ($9/month) includes unlimited meetings. All pricing is clearly displayed and billed through the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Obtain Consent: Inform all meeting participants before recording and obtain necessary consent as required by law
• Legal Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Account Security: Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate information when signing up
• No Misuse: Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
• Content Rights: Ensure you have the right to record and transcribe meeting content

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Record meetings without proper consent or legal authorization
• Violate any person's privacy rights
• Record confidential or privileged communications without authorization
• Engage in illegal surveillance or espionage
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Extension, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by AI Meeting Ninja and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (recordings, transcripts, summaries). We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Meeting data is stored locally in your browser
• Audio is processed securely for transcription and summarization
• We do not store your recordings permanently on our servers
• You can delete all data at any time

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that transcriptions or summaries will be 100% accurate. AI-generated content may contain errors.

9.3 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for audio processing which may experience downtime or changes. We are not responsible for any issues with third-party services.

9.4 Legal Advice Disclaimer

This Service does not provide legal advice. Consult with a lawyer regarding recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made)
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences of your use of the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Meeting Ninja from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the Service
• Unauthorized recordings or transcriptions

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
