• Meeting Count: We track the number of meetings you've processed for usage limit enforcement (free tier: 3 meetings/month).
• Technical Data: Basic error logs and usage analytics (anonymous).

How We Use Your Information

Audio Processing

Your audio recordings are processed securely to generate transcriptions and summaries. We do not store your audio recordings permanently on our servers - they are processed and then deleted.

Transcription and Summarization

Your audio is transcribed and summarized using advanced AI technology. All generated content (transcripts and summaries) is stored locally in your browser for your privacy and convenience.

Local Storage

All meeting data (transcripts, summaries) is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We do not have direct access to this data on our servers.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to process audio and generate transcriptions and summaries. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only process data as needed to provide the service.

No Marketing Sharing

• Meeting History: Last 100 meetings are retained locally, older meetings are automatically deleted.

You can view, download, or delete any meeting data through the extension's history page at any time.

Opt-Out

You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. All local data will be removed upon uninstallation.

API Key Control

You maintain full control of your OpenAI API key and can revoke it at any time through OpenAI's platform.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:
